Return & Refund Policy of Flirty Awakening

All sales are final because it is unsanitary to accept returns of intimate things.

 

Since it is impossible to determine whether returned things have been used or not, we never resell them. Anything that returns is viewed as used and gets discarded in the garbage.

 

We are here to assist you in finding the ideal toy so that you are happy with your purchase. Before making your purchase, get in touch with us by phone, email, or by using the "ask a question" box on the product page.

 

To make sure the item you are getting is not too big, use a tape measure to visualize the measurements. Be cautious of the size before ordering because some toys are really big. We do not provide refunds if an item is too big. See how we measure toys to find out exactly how our measurements are taken.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item Flirty Awakening  will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

Flirty Awakening  will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping cost. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Receiving a defective item is very rare. All defective return exchange requests must be submitted in writing to contact@flirtyawakening.com within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and require prior authorization from Flirty Awakening  before returning any item back to Flirty Awakening . We will email back with shipping instructions in order to be valid. After you receive our email approval with return instructions, all items must be returned in their original package with all original tags still intact, unworn, and in the same condition in which they shipped.  We carefully inspect each item and can reject any return if considered worn, dirty, or missing tags or packages. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be shipped back at the customer's expense.  

Package returns made by the shipping carrier marked "refused", "rejected", "undeliverable", "wrong or insufficient address", "no answer / too many attempts", or similar, are held at store credit only with all shipping costs non-reimbursable. Additionally, any secondary shipping (re-ship) is at the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
